Mumbai based Kannadiga a Social worker, Journalist Sridhar S. Suvarna of Andheri East received Maharashtra Ratna award a genuine Award of Maharashtra.The Award Program was held on 18th April, 2026 at Radisson Hotel Andheri, Mumbai which was organised by Maharashtra Foundation. Producer and director of Bollywood Cinema Mehul Kumar was the chief guest. Prem Shukla (BJP National spokesperson), The Ex-IG of Maharashtra Shri Rathod, ACP Sanjay Patil and Music Director Dilip Sen was the guests on the occasion.
Sridhar an Education Coach and Social Activist who received several awards in the recent times said that this Award will be dedicated to his beloved mother Revathi who recently passed away.
